Use this form to register section Gold (A) purebred Caspians by licensed stallions, or Silver (B) purebred Caspians.

To register Caspian foals in the Gold section (A), the sire must be licensed. A veterinarian must examine the stallion and provide an assessment for CHBA to issue a license.

It’s free to submit a stallion service report. Reports are due January 31 following the breeding year to prevent delays in registering resulting foals.

If you are breeding a mare and do not own both the stallion and mare at the time of breeding, fill out this form and include it with the resulting foal’s registration application.

If you gelded a registered stallion, fill out this form and send it in with his registration certificate to get a reissued certificate with updated sex information.

Sometimes paperwork is lost, or the last owner cannot be found. If you acquire a registered Caspian without documentation, use this form to identify and transfer the horse and get a new registration certificate.

If your Caspian was registered with an incorrect color or you have more recent photos, submit changes with this form.

Many mishaps and disasters are behind lost or destroyed registration certificates. Submit this form to obtain a replacement certificate.

Finally have all the registration requirements in order for your Silver (section B) Caspian to be upgraded to the top level? Submit this form with the original Silver certificate.

When you lease a CHBA horse, submit this form to CHBA to authorize your signature for documents pertaining to breeding or showing.

Check with us to make sure your farm name can be used and ensure no one else can use your farm name. Submit this form to reserve a prefix for the registered names of your foals.

Notify us with this form when a horse has passed away. This helps us keep a better count of available horses and how our overall population is doing.
